If you have no other bands purchase a Light (Purple - though it looks black) and a Medium (Magenta). If you have the Blue Danskin that I previously recommended you do not need the Light. If you are more advanced get a Heavy (Red) as well. Great for clams, step backs and more. You should purchase a Light (Yellow) and a Medium (Green) band. Advanced exercisers should also get the Heavy (Blue) band. DumbbellsThese adjustables dumbbells replace whole sets of dumbbells and are a great space saver. The first set adjusts from 2.5 pounds to 52.5 pounds and the second set adjusts from 2.5 pounds to 20 pounds. There are on the expensive side but are high quality. Muscle Quality ToolsFoam RollersA foam roller is a great tool for to help with muscle quality, massaging and soothing tight muscles. You will get a far more effective stretch if you work the quality of the muscles first with these tools and your tennis or baseballs. The 3 foot foam roller is most versatile and the one I recommend the most. The 1 foot foam roller is more portable and great for travel or work. Foot RollerI have this and try to use it everyday. This is great if your feet are tired and sore. Plus, rolling your feet will improve your flexibility in all areas of your body. Try it! If you do not have back problems stand and try to touch your toes, see how far you can get, then roll each of your feet for 30 seconds and try the stretch again. You can go farther! |
